What makes the first picture especially cool is that it is a cop working the Toronto Gay Pride Parade.
The kid in the gif is at VCU, a college in my city…I’ve heard that he does stuff like that frequently. I love the campus safety guy giving him a nice scratch on the head. I bet he f’in loved that.
