   Dont say anything just think of something pleasant or something that makes you happy.

   Look in the mirror even if your lips dont move at all just thinking about being happy will make you look happy. And try the opposite by thinking of sad things and putting on a big smile.

   Around your eyes will reveal whether you really are happy or just putting on a smile.
