   That’s dangerous! It’s bad enough there are drivers on the road who opt to text/talk on their cell while driving, & pedestrians abiding by the laws get hit!! (Some cops even do the same, & if anyone calls the cops to report a driver not being fully attentive to their environment, just remarks that it’s not against the law! it most definitely should be-they should lose their license; not be able to have it renewed No Matter What; They Should Have A Police Record & as well spend at least a few weeks in jail for their total disregard for those around them! This encourages more reckless irresponsibility!

     It’s entirely possible he drove to the fast food restaurant like a normal person then in the parking lot put on the costume to go through the drive through. Calm down a little.
