second picture is clearly photoshop! If the ball is where the picture sugests it is (on the foot of the background player), it should be out of focus, just as the player on the background.
fun fact, it being photoshopped and taken at the right moment are not mutually exclusive. Consider the picture without the ball.
The picture doesn’t suggest to me that the ball is on the foot of the background player – that would make the ball about twice as big as it should be. The ball is at the correct scale and level of focus for its apparent position in the foreground.
why do you want anything like a suggestion of the ball being anywhere else than where we’re all seeing it?

The bucket and airplane ones are not “perfect timing” photos. The bucket is an old photog trick from the beginning of captured images. The airplane is similar, though that did take a bit of timing, I suppose. Some of the others are quite marvelous!
